Where will we deliver to?

The White Oaks Dispensary delivers nationwide. We do not currently deliver outside of Australia.

How do we practice Proof of Age/ Responsible Service of Alcohol?

As the White Oaks Dispensary does sell products containing alcohol, our partnered courier will ask for proof of age upon delivering all orders containing alcohol. Only government issued photo identification as proof of age will be accepted.

How much do charge for postage?

We ship Australia Wide, and charge $15.00 flat rate per order. Free pick up from the White Oaks Saloon is also available.

When will orders be delivered?

For orders placed before 12pm, will be shipped by our partnered courier, next day. For order placed after 12pm, will be shipped the day after. Please allow up to 7 days to receive your orders.

How can we follow up on orders that have been delay

For all delivery orders, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Please contact our partnered courier - Sendle for real time information regarding all ETAs.

Can orders be picked up?

Yes, orders can be picked up if elected through the checkout process via our website. Orders that are placed before 12pm will be available to be picked up from 5pm the next day (excludes weekends). Orders can be picked up at the White Oaks Saloon - 115 Greville St, Prahran Victoria 3181.

What if my order gets damaged during transit?

Please email us directly at orders@whiteoaksdispensary.com.au and we’ll organise for a replacement to be sent out to you.
